I just had my air compressor cleaned. My AC was making a strange noise sometimes. Jesus (the tech) was very helpful and asked if I had further questions before he left. I felt the customer support provided by him was excellent. I didn't get the name of his colleague but I do thank them for the service they provided. I will sign up for their schedule check up twice a year, not only because of the price, but because of the excellent service they provided today.

Walker came out after office hours (7 pm), fixed the problems I was having with the AC, and even took the time to explain what the problem was. Not only that, he also only charged me for the overtime fee, no service or labor charge. Overall, excellent and friendly service!
